Welcome,
Clean Compassion is a concept that my wife and I have been pondering for a few years now. It all started from our trips to developing areas of the world. We witnessed the devastating effect that lack of skills and unemployment were doing to families. We saw firsthand how the natural resources were being abused. We also saw that people were relying on handouts to meet their ongoing needs because they could not find steady income. We believe what is really needed are simple business skills and opportunities to provide and earn a living. The goal is to provide basic business training, financing and startup products for people living in Haiti and other developing nations using environmentally friendly products such as: home electrification from solar/wind, solar lanterns, solar flashlights and clean cooking stoves. Training, education and business skills will last a lifetime and beyond. This idea has now become our passion and focus for life. With the help of volunteers and donors, we will be able to help many people in the near future.
